Duration: 2 minutes

Stop At: Raspins Beach, Tasman Highway, Orford, Tasmania 3284 Australia

One of our first stops on the tour is at the peaceful seaside town of Orford, where we stroll along Raspins Beach, learning about the local history and current events of this region.
Discover Tasmania's wild oysters washed up on the sand, look for a hermit crab hiding in the shells on the beach, admire the seabirds or perhaps the local dolphins.
Maria Island is clearly visible across the water and your Local Guide will tell you all about the exciting past, present and future of the island.
Our stop here isn't long, but it is always pleasurable and sets the scene for the rest of our fun day up the coast.

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Freycinet Marine Farm, 1784 Coles Bay Rd, Coles Bay, Freycinet, Tasmania 7215 Australia

Ok seafood lovers... prepare for a sensory overload.
Freycinet Marine Farm farm oysters and mussels and will be opening them then and there in front of you, they don't come any fresher than this!
But wait, they also have an incredible selection of locally caught or farmed scallops, abalone, sea urchin, salmon, fish and chips, rock lobster/crayfish, smoked salmon, and the list goes on.
As if that wasn't already a dream come true, they have an incredible selection of local Tasmanian East Coast wines, along with craft beers, ciders and ginger beer.
This is seriously one of the best seafood experiences you will find in Tasmania and many of our tour guests make the most of it by having their lunch here.
An alternate option is to grab some take-away seafood and enjoy it while sitting on the beach at Coles Bay. This way you get the best of both.

Duration: 40 minutes

Stop At: Coles Bay, Freycinet, Tasmania Australia

We will explore Coles Bay from sea-level and in more detail as we complete our hike to the Wineglass Bay Lookout. Many guests choose to sit by the shore in Coles Bay to enjoy their lunch.

Learn the captivating history of this bay and how it came to be called Wineglass Bay as your local Guide shares the regions deep secrets and tales.
