Description:
After the pickup from your hotel in the morning, your trip will start and you will head for the heart of the champagne region Épernay where you will start with a guided tour of Moët & Chandon, a prestigious French winery and Champagne house that produces Dom Pérignon. Learn about the history of its namesake and have a chance to sip some fine vintage champagne.
Later stroll along the avenue de champagne towards your minivan while the guide explains you about few other well-known houses around you and the champagne cellars below you. After boarding the minivan, we will visit the family owned vinery and greeted by their charming founders, you will have a chance to taste their elegant and exclusive product and hear about the history of their champagne estate in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
This wonderful tour will eventually bring you to the table where you will have a chance to discover local gastronomy, savor a 3-course lunch at a local restaurant afterwards visit the producer where more than 80 farmers work hard to make an amazing selection of sparkling wines designed for special occasions. Visit the museum to see different utensils used to make Champagne, and watch a short film about the vineyards. Sample 4 more glasses of Champagne before driving back to Paris.
