The guide will meet you at a predetermined location in city center. You will see many historical and cultural monuments. Many of them almost disappeared from the map of Warsaw during World War II. But after its ending, the Polish capital and, in particular, the Old Town were actually rebuilt on the basis of the old plans, photos and drawings.
The historic center of Warsaw is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Old Town is decorated with the Royal Palace, Barbakan, Market Square. The Lazenki palace and park complex ("Royal Baths Park") in the central urban area deserves special attention. There are several original palaces, many footpaths, where peacocks roam, an amphitheater, a greenhouse, and more. Also here is a monument to Chopin, the famous Polish composer.
