This spring feeds into the St Johns River, which is not only populated with aquatic life but it is a refuge to one of Florida's endangered residents, the manatee.This tour takes you along Lake Beresford trail where you can spot turtles, butterflies, and wild birds before taking you into Blue Springs Park. Meet your tour bus on International Drive in the heart of all the attractions and hotels. An array of breakfast muffins,juices, and tour guide will greet you as you load up onto our luxury liner.
On the 45 minute ride to Blue Springs sit back and enjoy a movie or socialize with the other riders while taking in the Orlando scenery along the way.
Once we arrive at Blue Springs State park the bikes will be unloaded and a safety briefing will be done to ensure a great ride along the trail. Sightings of box turtles, butterflies, and various Osprey nests atop the trees that create a shaded canopy will make for a lovely leisure ride.
At the end of the 6 mile route will take a few minutes break before turning back toward Blue Springs Park.
When we arrive back to the park, you can take a walk along the boardwalk that lines the St Johns River and spot manatees as they glide along the surface. Rent kyaks at the park to take a closer look or go for a refreshing swim in the springs.
After 2.5 hours at the springs. We will then take a short ride to Genuine Bistro & Lounge for some delicious sandwiches and salads.
